In water treatment practice, air flotation separation and purification is one of the effective process methods for oil pollution, suspended solids, algae, etc. with a density close to water.
 

 

Product Description

 

The sewage treatment pump lift the waste water into the DAF,and mix with micro bubbles of the container,which makes the suspended solids float to the water surface,then scraped by the skim- mer to the outlet;

 

Heavy particles flow through the inclined plate settling zone,settling to the bottom of the sediment device,and discharged to the sludge tank through the pipeline,then do subsequent processing,and the Clarified purified water will be discharge by the equipment center tube.

 

Besides,Our DAF unit designs utilize parallel plate packing material (e.g.lamellas)to provide more separation surface,therefore to enhance the separation efficiency of the machine.
