Q1. Can I have a sample order for your product?
A: Yes, but just limited to sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. Due to the high cost of international freight and the heavy weight of our sample product, your sample fee will be charged on your trial order and refund to you on your next bulk orders.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Small and spot cargoes, the sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than 200pcs.Please consult with our salesteam prior to your order.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for Solar/led light order?
A: The MOQ depends on the what products you need, usually 1PCS.
PS: If you need sample for quality evaluation and market survey, we are glad to offer.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: As for international express, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. For bulk cargoes needs save money, the shipping time would be longer accordingly, normally 1 month.
Q5. How to proceed an order for solar kit?
A: At first, let us know your requirements or application.
In the following, We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.Then you confirm the samples and places deposit for formal order.
In the end, We arrange the production. Therefore, all of these are as per your requirements.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 1-5 years warranty to our products.
Q8: How to do if any quality problems on your side in the warranty time?
A: "Quality is our culture." At first, take pictures or videos as proof and send to us.We will replace new ones for free. But please understand, the freight fee may be bone by you. We suggest you order items along with the replacement parts so that you can save shipping fee.
