The new type of flat membrane microporous diffuser is a technologically mature, reliable, energy-saving and efficient aerator, mainly used in the fields of municipal and industrial wastewater treatment. This product produces bubbles with small diameter, uniform diffusion, strong corrosion resistance, high oxygen utilization rate, low energy consumption, high efficienyy, and long service life.
Product features:
1.The traditional rubber diaphragm of the aerator has been replaced with a rubber diaphragm with extension compensation, which can freely rebound and avoid the tearing and detachment of the diaphragm caused by stress concentration. A reverse folding structure with good sealing performance is adopted between the diaphragm and the support plate, greatly extending the service life and effectively avoiding the phenomenon of diaphragm detachment.
2.The diaphragm adopts an inherent check valve design with a thickened center without holes. When the gas supply is turned off, under the action of water pressure and the elasticity of the diaphragm itself, the center of the diaphragm falls back on the hole of the support plate, and the unperforated area covers the air release hole, just like a check valve, which can prevent liquid from flowing back into the aeration system.
3.The diaphragm is made of imported ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), which is anti-aging, corrosion resistant, acid and alkali resistant and durable.
The connection between the aerator and the pipeline adopts a unique connection method, which makes the pipeline connection more firm, has better sealing performance, and can effectively avoid the loosening of the connection parts caused by vibration during aeration work.

Q: What are disc diffusers made of?
A: Disc diffusers are typically made of materials such as EPDM, silicone, or polyurethane. These materials are chosen for their durability and resistance to chemicals and UV radiation.
Q: How do you choose the right disc diffuser for a specific application?
A:The selection of a disc diffuser depends on factors such as the size of the treatment system, the oxygen demand of the water, and the type of wastewater being treated. A professional engineer or water treatment specialist can help determine the appropriate diffuser for a specific application.
Q:What are some common maintenance tasks for a disc diffuser?
A:Common maintenance tasks for a disc diffuser include cleaning the diffuser discs to remove accumulated debris, checking for leaks in the air supply system, and replacing damaged or worn discs.
